1. No Refunds After Access

All sales are final once you gain access to any course or module on IGNI-Academy. Digital course materials cannot be "returned", and therefore, we do not offer refunds after enrollment . By purchasing a course, you confirm that you understand and accept this policy .


2. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional cases, such as a technical error during purchase or accidental double payment, we may consider a refund within 48 hours of the transaction. Proof of the issue must be submitted to [email protected] for review .

If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days .


3. Non-Transferable Enrollments

Course enrollments are strictly non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials or transfer your access to another individual under any circumstances .


4. Course Cancellations or Postponements

IGNI-Academy reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course at its discretion. In such cases, enrolled students will be notified in advance, and full refunds will be issued where applicable .


5. Misuse & Fraud Prevention

To prevent abuse and unauthorized sharing of course materials, we monitor user activity for signs of misconduct. If we detect suspicious behavior — including but not limited to:

  • Multiple logins from different locations in a short time
  • Downloading or distributing course content
  • Attempts to bypass security measures
